Miriam Kroeze MSc
Miriam Kroeze MSc, is a senior advisor Patient Safety and loss and bereavement coach, studied Social Science and Safety Science and is involved in preventing claims and reducing the impact of medical incidents. She works for Medirisk, a mutual medical liability insurer for hospitals in the Netherlands. She developed a program to implement Safety-II in practice and hosts a Fellowship program focused on the New View of Safety. She also supports healthcare organizations in adopting a more restorative approach following incidents.
