Sarah is as an accomplished, Executive and Senior Leader and current Head of Claims, Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB), Pacific for Willis / WTW. Sarah has significant experience as skilled and trusted advisor, stakeholder lead, people leader and organizational strategist across the private and public sector. Sarah's leadership journey is marked by her role as a lawyer specializing in medical indemnity and regulatory law, and as Head of Claims at the VMIA where she led the claims response for the Victorian State health sector. Her ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver results has established her as a respected figure in her field. Sarah has been recognized for her ability to inspire and motivate teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Sarah is a graduate of Monash University and the Leadership Victoria Williamson Community Leadership Program.
