Dr Pamela Eisener-Parsche
Dr. Pamela Eisener-Parsche is the Executive Director of Member Experience, responsible for medicolegal services, physician support and wellness, and membership services. Her background is as a family physician, with a certificate of added competence in Care of the Elderly, and over 28 years of experience in caring for frail seniors.
Dr. Eisener-Parsche has previously held several hospital leadership roles at Bruyère Continuing Care in Ottawa, including as Chief of Staff. In 2014, she took on the position of Executive Director of Academic Family Medicine at the College of Family Physicians of Canada. She came to the Canadian Medical Protective Association in 2016, as the Director of Physician Consulting Services, and took on the role of Executive Director Member Experience in 2020.
Dr. Eisener-Parsche holds the designation of Certified Canadian Physician Executive and served on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Society of Physician Leaders for 12 years.
